Pasta Bolognese repice ! So delicious and easy to cook
Ingredients for Pasta Bolognese:
To boil the pasta we need:
1/4 gallon of water
1 cup shell pasta
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil;
For the sauce we need:
2 tablespoons olive oil;
1 medium onion;
2 cloves of garlic;
2 cups minced meat (mixture);
1 tablespoon tomato paste;
1 tablespoon mustard;
1 tablespoon spices for pasta;
2 cups of tomato sauce;
½ cup sour cream for cooking;
basil (dry or green according to preference);
For decoration and extra taste:
1/2 cup parmesan;
Step 1: Boil the pasta (according to the time indicated on the packaging for boiling) Put salt and olive oil.
Step 2: Drain the pasta and set aside.
Step 3: In a deeper pan, place 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Step 4: Add the finely chopped onion and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Put the crushed garlic and leave it for 1-2 minutes to release its flavour.
Step 6: Pour the minced meat, mix everything well and let it cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7: Add the tomato paste, mustard and spices, mixing everything to blend the ingredients.
Step 8: Pour the cooking cream, stir and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 9: Over the obtained composition, add the cooked pasta and mix to incorporate.
Step 10: Add dried or green basil for extra flavor.
Step 11: Sprinkle the pasta with Parmesan and chopped green parsley.
