1/4 gallon of water
1 cup shell pasta
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil;

2 cups minced meat (mixture);

1 tablespoon mustard;

½ cup sour cream for cooking;

For decoration and extra taste:
1/2 cup parmesan;
