Tagliatelle pasta with shrimps recipe

⁃ 1 cup tagliatelle pasta;
⁃ 3 cups shrimps
⁃ 1 tbsp olive oil;
⁃ 2 cloves of garlic;
⁃ 1 tbsp lemon juice;
⁃ 1 cup dry white wine;
⁃ A bunch of chopped green parsley;
⁃ Salt to taste
– Ground black pepper to taste;
⁃ Parmesan (optional).

Step 1: Boil salted water in a large pot.
Step 2: If the shrimps are frozen, defrost them wash and place in a bowl.
Step 3: Add a tablespoon of lemon juice, garlic cut into thin slices or crushed, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some chopped green parsley.
Step 4: Mix well and leave aside for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
Step 5: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 6: Heat an oil-free non-stick pan over high heat, and add the seasoned shrimp.
Step 7: Leave the shrimp to simmer for about 2 minutes, stir with a silicone spatula to cook evenly on all sides.
Step 8: When they start to sizzle and show signs of browning, pour the glass of white wine and cook for about 3 minutes, until the wine begins evaporate.
Step 9: Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10: Take out the pasta from the water and keep about 150 ml of water in which they boiled.
Step 11: Put the pasta in the pan with the shrimp and mix.
Step 12: Add 100 ml of boiled water and chopped green parsley.
Step 13: Mix well and cover the pan with a lid for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 14: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
