Crispy Wedges Potato Recipe – Easy and Delicious!

Wedges potatoes in cornmeal crust recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs potatoes
4 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry basil
1/2 tsp chilli pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 cup corn flour

Step 1: Peel the potatoes and cut them into thicker slices ( wedges).
Step 2: Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes in 4cups of milk.
Step 3: Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and season with butter, olive oil, salt, basil, chilli pepper.
Step 4: Crush the garlic and pour it over the potatoes.
Step 5: Mix everything well to distribute the spices evenly.
Step 6: Put the corn flour in a deep bowl.
Step 7: Prepare an oven tray and cover it with baking paper.
Step 8: Pass each potato through the corn flour so that it completely covers the potato.
Step 9: Place the potatoes in the oven tray.
Step 11: Put the tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 400°F
