Chocolate cheescake
Ingredients:
For the cheese composition:
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp semolina;
1 vanilla essence.

For the cake:
1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1/2 cups soft butter;
1 cup milk;
1 cup white flour;
1 tsp baking powder;
3 tbsp cocoa
1 sachet vanilla sugar;
1 vanilla essence.

For the glaze:
Mixed chocolate icing;
4 tbsp water.

Step 1: In a bowl, mix the cheese with the 2 eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla essence and semolina until you get a homogeneous composition.
Step 2: In another bowl, mix eggs with sugar and butter until they get creamy.
Step 2: Add the milk and mix a little more with the whisk.
Step 3: Add the flour and baking powder and mix well so that it does not remain lumpy.
Step 4: Flavor the dough with the vanilla sugar and vanilla essence.
Step 5: Add the cocoa and continue to mix until the dough is smooth.
Step 6: In a round tray lined with baking paper, place half of the dough composition.
Step 7: Using a spoon, place the cheese and level lightly.
Step 8: Add the rest of the dough and level.
Step 9: Bake it at 360 F for 40-45 min
Step 10: Allow the cake to cool in the pan and then remove the ring.
Step 11: Prepare the icing by mixing the mixture with 4 tablespoons of water (you can also prepare a classic chocolate icing).
Step 12: Pour the icing over the cake and leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Step 13: Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and other sugar ornaments (as desired).
