Easy to cook peanut cookies
½ cup soft butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
¾ cup + 3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp + 2 tsp cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
¼ cup + 1 tbsp dark chocolate flakes
1 cups + 3 tbsp fried (salted) peanuts
Step 1: Put the soft butter in a bowl.
Step 2: Add brown and white sugar and mix until creamy.
Step 3: Beat the 2 eggs with a fork.
Step 4: Add the eggs to the butter cream and continue to mix.
Step 5: Put the solid ingredients in a bowl: flour, cocoa (pre-sifted), baking powder and salt powder and mix with a spatula.
Step 6: Gradually pour over the cream obtained in step 4 and mix to blend.
Step 7: Shred the peanuts to the right size.
Step 8: Put the chocolate flakes and peanuts in the dough obtained and mix.
Step 9: In a tray lined with baking paper, place a teaspoon of dough.
Step 10: Leave some distance between the biscuits because they will expand when baked.
Step 9: Preheat the oven at 356°F and bake it for 10 mins.
