Apple and mandarin cake recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp (15 g)sugar (for the tray)
8 pcs Mandarins
4 eggs
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1/2 cups (100g) melted butter
1 tbsp (10g) Vanilla sugar
1 tbsp (10g)Baking powder
0.8 (350 g) lbs flour
2 Apples

Step 1: Peel the mandarines and cut them in half.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix eggs with 0.4 lbs sugar (200g) until they become creamy.
Step 3: Add the milk and homogenize.
Step 4: Put the melted butter and incorporate.
Step 5: Add the vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour and mix to homogenize.
Step 6: Add the diced apples to the dough.
Step 7: Incorporate them with a spatula.
Step 8: Sprinkle the sugar 1 tbsp on a tray lined with baking paper.
Step 9: Place the mandarin halves with the convex side up.
Step 10: Pour the dough over the mandarines and level.
Step 11: Insert the tray into the preheated oven at 360 F (180 C) for 45 minutes.
Step 12: Remove the tray and let it cool.
Step 13: Remove the cake onto a chopper, remove the baking paper and slice.
