Instructions
1. Prepare the Apples
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Slice the apples evenly and set them aside.
2. Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and airy.
Add the room-temperature milk and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add a splash of vanilla extract and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
3. Assemble and Bake
Grease a baking pan with butter. Arrange the sliced apples evenly across the bottom.
Pour the batter over the apples and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
